   PEAQ Society offers performance and recovery services including but not limited to IV therapy, infrared sauna, lymphatic compression, chiropractic care, and functional wellness protocols.

   All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.

2. Medical Disclaimer:

   Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided by PEAQ Society is for general wellness and educational purposes only.

   Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.

3. Bookings & Cancellations:

   Appointments must be booked in advance via our online portal, by phone, or in person.

   Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

   Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on the membership or package terms.

4. Refund Policy:

   All purchases are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of service errors or duplicate charges, at our discretion.

   Unused services or memberships may be credited if canceled within 7 days of purchase.

5. Memberships & Packages:

   By purchasing a membership or package, you agree to the terms of the specific package, including auto-renewal (if applicable).

   Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared unless otherwise stated

6. User Conduct:

   You agree not to misuse our website, disrupt services, or engage in unlawful behavior while on our premises or using our platforms.

   We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that is unsafe, inappropriate, or violates our community standards.
